As he experimented, handcrafting his own rockets, he was seduced into the Nazi party to advance these concepts in warfare. For the first-time, award-winning documentary producer, Larry L. Sheffield, tells the remarkable story of Wernher von Braun.  Hitler’s drive to build a novel rocket weapon to win WW2 was the largest project ever undertaken by the Nazi command. But it was too late. As the United States stormed into Germany, the hunt was on to capture Von Braun and his team for these revolutionary rocket concepts. As with Oppenheimer’s atomic bomb, the New Mexico desert once again became the Top-Secret epicenter of discovery as “Operation Paperclip”. They were the captured Nazi scientist… They were the Atomic Rocketeers!
